Details

Prologoics is the new name for PowerProbe Europe!
The device is used for wiring tests so it can simulate the correct signal and compare it to the scan tool. Allows you to eliminate the need to replace sensors and diagnosing the correct fault.

1.Simulated Resistance
2.Simulated Voltage from 0.2 to 7V in 0.1 increments
3.Simulated Sine Wave
4.Simulated Square Wave
5.Simulated Temperature Coefficient Sensors:
6.Simulated Throttle & Pedal Sensor sequences
7.Oxygen Sensor: Testing Mode and Simulated mode

You can simulate most sensors, injectors or actuator as ABS sensor, lambda sensor, EGR sensor, CKP sensor, knock sensor, map sensor etc.

This Probe is mainly used for simulation of the signals generated by different types of sensors in the vehicle. It can be used in all automobiles (12V/24V systems) with ECM / ECU either independently, or very often it is used together with a diagnostic scanner to distinguish faults whether that lies in the sensor itself or related to the connection (connector or wires) during troubleshooting phase. From the reading of Error codes on the diagnostic scanner, faults are recognized, as the sensors data which is imitated at the same time by this probe were observed. Through the simulation of the sensor output signals, the ECM / ECU response as well as its efficiency can be estimated.

Typical Applications
1. Simulates vehicle sensors output signals of Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor, Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor, ABS sensor, Wheel Speed (WSS) sensor, Coolant Temperature sensor, Lambda (O2) sensor, MAF, MAP, etc.
2. Imitates sensor’s signals at different working modes of the engine. This is done by simulating the signals with this VR2 Probe without removing the sensor unit. During simulation process, the ECU’s activities are monitored on the Live Data screen displayed by the Diagnostic Scanner. In this way, we can determine the real cause of the fault whether it lies in the cables connected to the ECU or at the sensor itself before any replacement of parts take place.
3. Simulates sensor signals of: Resistance type: 100Ω ~ 20KΩ output
Voltage type: 0.1V ~ 7.0.0V DC at 150 mA output,
0.1V ~ 7.0V DC at maximum 3.0 Amp power feed
Frequency modulated type:
Sine wave: 1Hz ~ 10,000Hz fixed at 5V, 150mA output.
Square wave: 1Hz ~ 20,000Hz (adjustable 0.1V to 12.0V at 150mA output).
4. Simulates Duty Cycle (%) from 1% to 100% signals with adjustable voltage from 0 to 12V Positive (+) or Negative (-) supply at 150mA output.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All our prices include both VAT (at standard UK rate of 20%) and standard delivery to UK mainland addresses. Postcodes not covered by standard UK free delivery are detailed in the UK Postcode Delivery Exclusions list below. If however your order is less than 1kg and your delivery postcode is still within the UK we will still be able to send your order for free via recorded post so you can still choose the free option when checking out. We will contact you if you choose this option and your order is not shippable via recorded post and we will advise you of the extra postage charge that will be need to be paid to ship your order and give you the option of whether to proceed or to cancel your order.

Should you require delivery to "out of bounds" UK postcodes for larger weight orders please choose the relevant option from the drop down menu on the check out page of our site when placing your order.

For delivery outside of the UK please email us via our contact us page with details of what you wish to order and your full delivery postal address and we will come back to you with our best price for delivery if we are able to help.

We aim to dispatch your order in full quickly and efficiently, however should any of the items on your order be out of stock we will email you within 2 working days of receiving your order to let you know and wherever possible advise you of an eta for delivery. If you decide you are not happy to wait we will of course cancel the out of stock lines and refund the relevant payment. As we source our products from a number of suppliers as well as direct from our own stocks your order can be delivered via a number of different methods. It will be sent either via recorded post or by an efficient and insured courier direct from us, our drop shipper or, in the case of larger items like toolboxes, direct from the manufacturer themselves. Thus making our delivery quicker and more cost effective.

All orders are sent fully traceable and will require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery so when placing your order please ensure you provide us with a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel at anytime thus reducing the problems that come with rearranging deliveries or items being returned to sender. We would also request that you fully inspect your delivery wherever possible before you sign for it and detail any issues regarding damage on the delivery driver's notes before accepting the parcel. This helps us make a claim if needed. We would ask that special attention is made to pallet deliveries containing toolboxes and the like so that they are fully checked for damage and you only sign for them once you are happy to accept them as no claim for damage can be made for pallet deliveries after you have signed for them. In the unlikely event that you do need to report any issues of damage please email us within 24 hours of receipt and let us know the full extent of the problem. Please send us pictures of the damage wherever possible and remember to include your order number and contact details in the email so we can investigate and come back to you to resolve. Rest assured we will aim to resolve any damage claim as quickly as possible.
